Hi The mainboard and print head connection lines do not match. The print head connection lines of the GT2560 V4.0 mainboard and the GT2560 V4.1B mainboard are different and cannot be mixed, GT2560_V4.1B printing head connector cable sku is :37-001-0365, if you have any problems you can contact my mailbox:myorder@geeetech.com, have a nice day.

Hi, please see my comment from 12/04/2023: I have still not received the ordered (and payd) cable for my A20 ver 4.1 with the 16-pin plug for the extruder. I can not use my printer because several of the wires in the cable are broken. Please help me with the problem. Best regards Esben W. Johansen.

I was told you guys will send another cable that was apparently lost. My order NO:20220408142215696, when I track it it states expired. Have you shipped another out and if so what is the tracking number? Its been since April. For the A20M. I tried to summit a ticket for the cable, but it wouldn't let me complete it asking for printer bar code. this for a cable not the printer.

hello, this is hotend cable connect from hotend to V4.1B version control board . pls check which version control board does your printer has , it was written on the board itself, you can check control board underbasement directly. or you can also check the extension board type behind hotend. if your A20 has V4.0 board , you can order this link cable , but write a comment for your order, need A20 hotend cable for V4.0 board instead
