TMC2208 is a single-axis,ultra-quiet stepping motor driver chip, power tube built-in drive current 1.4A peak current 2A, voltage range 4.75V-36V, 256 subdivision.StealthChop2 - faster motor acceleration/deceleration than stealthChop.Automatic stealthChop and spreadCycle switchover depending on the velocity

UART configuration interface (9600...500k Baud),flexible microPlyer interpolation unit provides up to 256 subdivisions, allowing perfect sinusoidal control even in systems with limited pulse frequencies; faster motor acceleration/deceleration than stealthChop, these are also designed because stealthChop2 ultra-quiet technology is widely applied to 3D printing.

 This TMC2208 Stempstick  can replace the original TMC2100 A4988 DRV8825 LV8729.Plug and play, no wiring required.

      If you assemble TMC 2208 drivers , do not need change firmware ,  but When install the driver , the driver direction need to be opposite from before A4988 direction,  and also need change the line sequence of the motor cable at the end of the main board. below video for your reference. generally speaking, do not need adjust voltage, 0.9V-1.2V is ok https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmwMq9t-Nxc&t=40s

      hello, V4.1B board is with stepper drivers soldered on it , can not change stepper drivers only. and it can not change into V4.0 board , need use same board as printer originally has .

      hello , it can work on A10. do not need change firmware , but When install the driver , the driver direction need to be opposite from before A4988 direction, and also need change the line sequence of the motor line at the end of the main board. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmwMq9t-Nxc&t=40s it can not work on V4.1B board , because the drivers are soldered on the V41.B board , so can not change stepper drivers separately.
