The Ship time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ship: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you submit your order. Although we try to ship every order as quickly as possible, however, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may take longer Ship time.
Usually, we will confirm ship and delivery time, if we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability, in these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new ship and delivery time in the first time.
Order Acknowledgement Email
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the order number, date order, the items you purchase, shipping address shipping method.
Shipment Notification Email
We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, the order number, date order, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on our homepage.
The supported carriers are: DHL and Hong Kong Post. In the checkout page, you are required to choose the country and state or areas of your delivery address. The system will remind you if DHL is available in your state or area, if it is; you are eligible to choose between DHL and Hong Kong Post. If not, your order will be shipped with Hong Kong Post as default.

If your order is shipped by Hong Kong Post, you can track the shipment on Geeetech homepage directly.
1, Make sure the shipping address you give us is correct and complete. If the parcel is returned to us due to the wrong address, we will confirm with you and resend it and you should take on all the freight involved.
2, When the parcel arrives at your local customs and duties occur, you should take charge of it. If you have any doubt about the customs policy, you can contact your local custom.
3, For remote area, another $30 remote fee will be charged by DHL or Fedex, we will inform you if needed. You can check if your city is included in the remote area at DHL official site.
