I received the new hotend group assembly of 12 pin for my printer A20M (order No: 20231201061719276), and I already changed and the temperature of the nozzle on the display was -14 and when we try to prepapre--_preheat PLA after some minutes appear the message error :system halted please reset the printer (when you reset happen again). Could you please advise how to sort it?

Does this come with the cooling fan and shroud? I ask because although the picture seems to show it, the "frequently bought together" list shows the fan, which wouldn't be needed if it was included with the hotend kit.
