Hi Geetech, The Pneumatic Push Fitting on the transparent extruder broke and we are looking for its replacement. We have looked online but the part we are looking for does not seem available. Please heat the hot end and the heated bed separately. When you check which one is heated, mintemp will appear. Then check which connection is not loose.

Delivery Company ( Yodel UK ) have a query about my address, in order to delay delivery. I contact them and they know the address. Must be a delaying tactic for some weird reason. Bear this in mind if ordering and you need a reliable courier. Have been in touch with them and none the wiser. Seems like the usual "cant be bothered " tactics.

Is it possible to buy or get only the Mylar Tape? As I stoped the Print at Layer 1 with Repetier Host due to Layerproblems, the Nozzle stand for a small Time at the same Position at the bed and damaged the Surface of the Printbed.

There is a need to have printer.cfg file with motherboard chipset and mappings provided. Also it require to know exact method how to flash the motherboard. Can you provide that?

Hello I bought a mizar s from you in September 2022 which I can say I am very pleased with it has gone beyond all expectations. Just one small item I have got a small blister defect on the centre of the bedplate which looks like the coating has cracked. Seeing as the printer is less than 6 months old I wondered if this was a fault . Your comments would be appreciated please. Hello, Mizar S has dual z-axis, which is relatively stable. The extruder is a transparent acrylic plate, and the output is more stable. Mizar S has a larger printing area.

The filment fitter is moving the white gear in the bottom but the two metal gears in top are not moving ,try to adjust with the spring and screws but is not doing anything. This thing is only 2 weeks old

I could really use a Cura configuration I can just import and have all the needed settings and options. I'm trying to manually add a printer with the correct hardware parameters but it's all very awkward and I'm worried I'll wast a bunch of filament getting things correct. My Mizar facebook group says to use the A20M profile, but I'm not sure what the advantages are of doing that since the hardware isn't the same. Help?
