dear customer, Disassembled the thermal resistance connection of the thermal resistance, and whether the print head connected to the main board was loosened. Hi we bought this through your Amazon store as a spare, we did buy it a while ago and I went to replace the Old one in my A10 today and the heat block wires are nowhere near long enough to plug into the socket, I noticed the original was pulled really tight and the 2 wires were a lot longer. There is no way of making this fit the A10. Is there anyway of getting 1 with longer wires? I can take some photos if it will help. Thanks for any reply.
