Hello,_br_Screen ordered last week and received last Friday. 2 comments:_br_- the screen is not working as when starting printing, the shape of printing item, nothing is displayed. All the screen is lighted on in purple color. I check 2 time to verify that the connector is correctly fitted. I am having 2 alkaid so I can compare with the second one. _br_The printing sequence is ok: ligting on the screen and exposition time (full purple and not printing shape), then lighting off, then Z up movement and the sequence start again._br_- The screen is not correctly fitting in is location. It seems to be slightly large that his location._br_How to do to get a replacement of this screen under warranty process ?
