PLA Matte Terracotta 3D Printer Filament 1.75mm 1kg/roll

This is an interesting filament, the matte effect works VERY well, it's got a lovely surface finish and it hides layers lines extremely well. I'm able to print it at layer heights from 0.06mm up to 0.45mm all in one print and still get an even surface finish! It's got good layer adhesion and is a strong material, it has very little ooze or stringing and is able to bridge large distances. It was supplied well packaged and properly dried so it's ready to go straight from the shipping box. There are a couple of things that are a bit less good though, while the layer adhesion is very strong, the bed adhesion is a little weak. I had to run the bed 10C hotter than usual and it still took several tries to get it to stick down properly on larger prints. I'd also say the color name isn't quite right, I'd call it more of a "Salmon Pink" rather than a "Terracotta". Overall still a good filament though and I'll certainly buy others from the Matte PLA range in future as the layer-hiding ability is wonderful.
