The Alkaid screen does not display possible causes: The power adapter has no voltage output, the mainboard or display cable is not properly connected, or the ALKAID display is faulty
1, if the customer is convenient, you can use a multimeter to measure the power adapter, whether there is an output voltage, the voltage is about 12V
2. Open the bottom cover (6 screws), check whether the cables in the chassis are connected OK, and provide several photos or clear videos
