I purchased this printer attracted by the price. As soon as I got it home I tried the printer but it won't turn on. I opened a ticket to find out what to do in this case, but after 7 days they ask me to confirm closing the ticket without suggesting any solution._br_I also tried another transformer, but it still doesn't turn on._br_what else can I do?
