I do not find software for the alkaid model on that site, unless it has another name. No idea what to download. Some software requires firmware updates but the alkaid model is not listed. Where can I get software for my model, either downloaded as a zip or a memory stick to replace the defective one. https://www.chitubox.com/zh-Hans/index has not been helpful for my model.
