I was told you guys will send another cable that was apparently lost. My order NO:20220408142215696, when I track it it states expired. Have you shipped another out and if so what is the tracking number? Its been since April. For the A20M. I tried to summit a ticket for the cable, but it wouldn't let me complete it asking for printer bar code. this for a cable not the printer.
