If the LCD is not on, check whether there is backlight, and check whether there are 3 lights on the main board on; then check whether can connect to slicing software
if the screen is on, but can not show any content,
1. pls try to reconnect the lcd cable, and check whether there is obvious damage of the cable (this can avoid poor contact)
2. Then you can try to update the firmware
(if you can't update the firmware, the motherboard is faulty. If you can update the firmware, but still does not work after updating, the cable may be damaged, need be replaced)
3. pls help check whether can connect to slicing software to control the printer .
