hello, for clogging problem,
1.The biggest possibility is that the Teflon tube at the hotend is not inserted to the end/deep bottom , resulting in a gap. When the material is withdrawn, it is stuck in the gap and the material cannot be fed.
2.The hot end cooling fan does not work, resulting in the hot end throat is very hot, filaments blocked the throat
3.the drawback distance in the print settings is too large, it is better to be about 6mm
4.When printing one color prints, pls make sure other 2 extruders are also loaded with filaments. which meas no matther what you are printing, pls make all the 3 extruders are loaded with filaments. if you print single color prints.pls print with 3 extruders with 33% 33% and 34% for a while , then clean filament and nozzle.then start your single color prints printing .
5.The torque of the extruder is too small, you can adjust the stepper driver voltage of the extruder, suggest 1.2V
