I purchased a 3D Touch from you, I have wired and installed the product. It has caused my printer to run backwards so right goes left, up goes down and so on. The codes for operating the 3D Touch manually do not allow it to work but the light on the 3D Touch comes on so I know there is power to the unit. Help please.
