Dear sir/madam, _br_I have recently bought a MK8 Dual Extruder for my Geeetech Prusa i3 pro b with a GT2560 rev A+ board, but I have some issues to setup with repetier host. It seems it doesn't recognize the second extruder. _br_As soon as I want to warm-up the 2nd extruder, it shows an error message "invalid extruder"._br_While searching with Google, it looks like it could be an firmware issue._br_Do you have some additional instructions please?_br_Thank you in advance, best regards.
