The SD card that came with the printer failed and had to be reformatted and we lost all of the files that were originally on the card. Can they be re-sent? Thank you! Other than that the machine has been great so far. We Have put about 48 hours on it and everything is turning out great. Perfect first 3d printer for my kid. Thank you!_br__br_
