Really bad tools included in the box._br_I didn't use more than 2 minutes (brand new in box) a20t and nosle was blocked._br_Trying to unscrew the nosle with the tool I found on the box and I damage whole the hotend._br_Now I have to order a new one from you, pay $59+$38 shipping + waiting time because you send a very very bad quality tool with the printer._br_Can't believe that a brand new machine is damaged because of a rubbish tool._br__br_I m not happy at all._br_
