Please see ticket Y8TDvc13. My faulty motherboard was supposed to be replaced. Please see the last part of ticket Y8TDVC13 which says that the part will be replaced and that your compamy will submit a replacement fot the GTM32 103 V1 motherboard. I worked for 2 months to semd all the required information. The person in that ticket said all requiements have been met and he put in the needed information to get my replacement board. Everybody seems to be dragging their feet on this even when he approved this another person wants me to go and do this all over again. My printer is an A10T and it is still not working. It never has workd since I got it and your company has got so my holdays that stop me from getting it fixed. You wouldn't fix it so I had to gety my own part. I received that motherboard and it is missing a wiring connection on the motherboard, I sent your company pictures and information and got it approved to sent me a replacement board but I havem't received the replacement board. I am so pissed off with your company. It has been over 6 months and I have never got this piece of shit printer working. It has never worked and even though I have been working from day one to get this fixed. I got to the point wheere I would fix it myself and I bought the part from your company and you sent me a crap motherboard, I get approve to get the board to replaced and I am told by someone else I need to supply all the same information that I already suppplied in ticket Y8TDVC13. Please make your mistake better and send the motherboard. Please just read both tickets that I have already submited to your company and send me my replacement board. Ron Heacock
