Re: Quality issues of your printed patrts
Good site !!
but... It does not seem they support the geeetech Delta rostock G2S printer ??
https://www.simplify3d.com/software/supported-printers/
their software looks pretty good.
I am trying to improve my printing...
it is like the density of the printout is not dense enough.
... to much space between the threads.
I am using slic3r 1. 2.9 , but do not find how to increase this "resolution".
Should I change the nozzle ? My unit was shipped with a .4 nozzle I believe.

Re: Quality issues of your printed patrts
seems like your nozzle diameter is not correct, are you sure it is a 0.4 mm one? and you need to set it in both of the slic3r and printer settings.
Also, maybe the setting "extrusion multiplier" under the Filament settings will help:

Re: Quality issues of your printed patrts
Hi guys. I have a Rostock Mini (http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/ ... stock_mini).
I would like to have some tips on which way to go to improve my print quality.
Information that might be relevant:
I´m using 1.75 mm filament
Nozzle diameter is 0.3 mm
I have no fan at the nozzle region neither at the bed.
Nozzle temperature: 200 ºC
Heated bed temperature: 55 ºC
DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80, 80, 80, 480}
Slicer: Slic3r

I also got lots of troubles about those printers tools... now I solve these problems by researching many sites, I represent a brand merchant named Dewang specializing in the wholesaling and retailing the latest 3D developing printing technology, the company has two operations parts-domestic trade in China mainland and foreign trade, mainly engages in foreign trade field. I got help from this site maybe it can help you too... https://bestseekers.com/best-affordable-3d-printer/

Hi all
It's been a week since I bought this printer and my first job was to print an M6 bolt threated but, unfortunatelly, seems not good about details
In facts, the steel nut, doesn't fit properly. IMHO, theese details are very importants to appreciate any 3d printer, like, also, some gears
What are your impressions for theese jobs? Can I hope for better?
Thanks in advance

Re: Quality issues of your printed patrts
HI
I have a I3 pro C that i havent been able to get any prints from it till now
this is mostly what im getting (see images)seems that it does not feed enough material.
the bed is set to 60 and the extruder to 200 degrees.
the extruder came without one ofthe white tubes that you feed the filemant in and thats the one printed this objects,
No 1 is a PEZ , no 2 is a cube with a hole in it.
any hints
