A10 to A10M extruder step problems

Post by hatoupix » Mon Dec 09, 2019 4:48 pm

Hi,

I've an A10 and I changed it to A10M ... I put a new Marlin 2.0 firmware and off course I added a driver and an motor/extruder :mrgreen:

BUT ... my new extruder is not the same (BMG) ... and steps values are not equals like the first one !

how can I use the "mixer menu" ? cause the 2nd extruder steps is not used ! is there an option to "ajust stepper" in mixing ?

Thanks

Hi, Did you upgrade your firmware to A10M,
Then look at the extruder on the screen.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)

Yes I've upgrading my firmware with the configuration.h (and avd.h) with A10M !
and in the screen I can see 2 extruders ... but If I change E1, automatically E0 have the new value ...

in my configuration.h I've adding :
#define DISTINCT_E_FACTORS

Hi, The step values of the two extruders should be the same.

... and that's my problem ... because my two extruders (and motor I think) are not the same (1st : original A10 and the second one a BMG) ...

There's no option to have a difference between them ?
