Hi:
I recently received on of your WizFi Shields and one of your Chinduino boards, plugged them together and followed the instructions at: http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/ ... IFI_shield. When I get to the Serial Monitor stage, I get no response from the Arduino, but I know the connection is OK because I was able to get the 'blink' program uploaded and running.
Can you offer some suggestions on how to proceed? I also tried direct connection using the Putty terminal program, with the same results.
Thanks,
Phil

Thank you for looking into my problem.techsupport wrote:Hi, friend

As I said in my OP, I am using one of your 'Chinduino' boards that you shipped to me in the box with the wizfi board. From your ebay listing it is "Chindino Duemilanove Atmega328 100% compatible with arduino". Your ebay page for the wifi shield states that it is "compatible with Arduino and its clones"--can you check to make sure that it works with your Duemilanove boards? Maybe that's the problem.
As I said in my OP, I followed all the steps in your Wiki page at: http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/ ... IFI_shield . I was very careful when doing this and tried several times. Concerning the two switches, I am using Data/Command in COMMAND mode, and I have tried Run/Program in both modes--which one is correct for sending AT commands?techsupport wrote: The "Preparation" is very important in the WIKI ,please follow it carefully.

I should also add that, since my prior post, I was able to try the wizfi shield with an Arduino UNO and got the same results--no reply through the serial monitor. Also, only the PWR LED comes on--I have never seen any of the other 3 come on or even blink.
