Skew prints on print bed

Post by Aeonster » Thu Jul 09, 2015 1:16 am

Hi,

I have a Rostock Mini G2s, when I print I've noticed my prints are somewhat skewed.

I've made a small illustration to show the situation:

Skewed Illustration

The lightblue is the print on the printed bed.
The gray is printbed, darkblue are the towers X/Y/Z
and the Red line is a straight line to see the difference.

I've tried some leveling of the printbed, and head and even auto-leveling, but no results.
So my question is if there is any other thing I can try or do to try and solve this?

Thanks.

hi,maybe the parameter of the filmware is not correct.please do the following steps
1.Open the configuration.h file in the firmware.Find the following stsements.
// Horizontal distance bridged by diagonal push rods when effector is centered.
#define DELTA_RADIUS (DELTA_SMOOTH_ROD_OFFSET-DELTA_EFFECTOR_OFFSET-DELTA_CARRIAGE_OFFSET+2)
2.Modify the parameter "+2".there are some errors when assembling the printer.Please try to find the appropriate parameter when doing auto-leveling.It maybe a minus.
