Hi,
My problem is that extruder works with manual control but when I start printing nothing comes out.

you might need to check out this link:

And note when Z=0mm, if the nozzle is too close to the bed, the filament will not come out fluently too.

Re: Weird Rostock G2s Pro Extruder problem
Hi,
Nozzle is not too close to surface. I have waited few minutes to PLA come out but nothing comes when printing.
Everything works fine when using manual control with repetier-host and set everything same as when printing, but right away I start print something nothing comes out even temperatures are ok. I have noticed that when printing something extruded motor moves filament backward and back forward every time nozzle is moved another location, but it's not moving filament when it should print. Filament comes out of nozzle when I kill printing and right away control extruded motor.
I have raised driver boards voltage to 0,95V for extrudes.

Re: Weird Rostock G2s Pro Extruder problem
Hi,
I have seen menu posts that people are swapping X-axis motor and extruder cables? Why this is done? Only to verify motors are ok and then swap these cables back? I can feel that extruder motor is doing something when printing and it can move filament but feels like it controls something else with this extruder motor. Is manual control of extruder somehow different than when actual printing? Could there be something wrong in firmware? I have uploaded it several times and I took i from your webpage for this G2s Pro printer.

If works fine under manual control then it should be working when actual printing....The firmware, you can try this one here:

Re: Weird Rostock G2s Pro Extruder problem
I have used that firmware all the time.
Could this problem come from my computers USB-drivers or somewhere else SW related?

Re: Weird Rostock G2s Pro Extruder problem
the SW is correct, I can use it without problems. Maybe swap the extruder driver board with the X axis one, see if the driver board is dead or not.
Re: Weird Rostock G2s Pro Extruder problem
I think manual extruding shouldn't work if driver board is dead? Any other ideas??
Re: Weird Rostock G2s Pro Extruder problem
Oh, sorry my bad. How about the slic3r settings? Maybe this is the problem.
