Re: How do you unload filament?

Use the preheat PLA option, press the extruder lever down and smoothly remove the filament. Cut the tip off before you use it again.

Feeding the new filament in is a reversal, preheat, press the lever down and feed the filament in.

Re: New Sanguinololu board _ Major Z axis moving problem

I think that you missed the point David, William wanted you to update your Firmware via EasyPrint, not to use it to slice..... EasyPrint has an update firmware button which should update you to the latest version.

Re: Extruder steps do not change how much filament is extrud

Around 10 prints and 3 - 4 calibration checks and I can now report that the problem was solved by fitting the metal lever. Everything working fine and changing the number of steps now changes the amount of filament extruded as it should. However, I now have my extruder clicking occasional so I need ...

Got the metal extruder lever yesterday and fitted it. Re: Extruder steps do not change how much filament is extrud

Hello William, thank you for the reply. I have tried the calibration procedure several times, that is what has highlighted that I have a problem, I get different readings every time regardless of what the steps are set to. At the weekend I tried re-loading the firmware back on (both the original and...

Extruder steps do not change how much filament is extruded!

Hi All, I have been suffering from poor and inconstant quality prints for a while now and have tried pretty much everything that I can think of. One of the threads was leading towards not calibrating the extruder steps which I had successfully done right back at the start (changed from 93 to 100 in ...

Re: Easy Print installation

Hello All, my buttons don't show either (Win 10) so I cannot use this Software as it is! I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well as changing the video card setting, nothing worked. Disappointed..... Does this Software replace Repetier Host? Can I use that? Will it work?? What other Software could...
