Is it possible to get a tracking number for the thermistor. I am also waiting on a DuPont cable that is required to hook up the Z axis motors to the board but was not included with the kit. I was supposed to get tracking info for that and have not received it yet.

It has been sent. sorry for the delay. The time was very late here and I had an early appointment in the morning. Thank you do much for your help. I watched the video and to change out the part should be no problem.

Now that the boards are back together both are reading 0/0, 0/0 and still Err: MINTEMP

Connector seems okay. Checked boards, I didn't see anything that looked wrong but I have no idea what to look for so I took pictures. Still hae the error.

I think I may have found the problem, a short in the connector. Checking now, and I will also check the back of the board.

Yes when I put jumpers on the pins as in the picture, both read 0/0, 0/0 and MAXTEMP BED

With both thermistors unplugged the hotbed displays 0/0 but the hot end shows 22/0.

Started the printer this morning and there was no MINTEMP error. Heated the extruder and bed to test. Everything worked fine. Let it cool down, shut it off, came back after lunch started it up, and now has MINTEMP error again. I am at a total loss as to what is wrong with this thing. Between the mis...
