The Geeetech I3 pro C is a dual extruder 3D printer with laser-cut acrylic frame. To maintain the garage-built feel and the handmade charms, Geeetech I3 pro C is also a build-it-yourself kit, which provide you an unforgettable step-by-step learning experience of 3D printer.

Geeetech I3 pro C support 5 types of filament: ABS, PLA, Wood-Polymer, Nylon and flexible PLA. Now, with the dual-extruder, you can print a single two-color object, or you can print two objects in one print job, each made from a different color. You can also print one single-color object, as with other single-extruder 3D printers. Or you can use one extruder for infill or support. The 2 extruder motors push filament through 2 head separately, so mixing colors printing is not applicable for the moment.

As a consumer-level 3D printer, this dual-extruder i3 printer totally deserves your choice.

Features:

1.Multiple filaments compatible: ABS/PLA/Flexible/PLA/Nylon/Wood-Polymer, making 3D printing creativity more flexible.

2.Dual extruder, multiple filament compatible, multiple ways of printing expression.

3.New GT2560 control system, a perfect combination of Mega2560+Ramps1.4.

4.Further simplified structure means fast assembly and easy adjustment, which saves you both time and energy

5.Enhanced stability and reliability: 8- mm-thick acrylic plates and all metal carriages ensures more stable printing.

6.Paired with LCD 2004 panel & SD card reader ,support stand-alone printing.

    1) what are the correct setting for the printbed and extruder offsets and 2) should they be entered as printer properties in repetier or in slicer settings or in both? I'm going nuts trying all the different options and am having trouble recognising the results and whether before I start printing, my prints will fit properly in the bed.... PLeeeeease help

I did forget to mention in my previous comment. When building the printer the video guide was the best Idea any one ever came up with. Just made building much much better. Quality of the video was perfect

My beloved printer stopped working tonight. The GT2560 board seems to light up but nothing on the printer works. Nothing heats up. Motors don't move. Nothing! I flashed new firmware onto the board via USB but didn't work. Any help would be amazing. I love the printer and I want to keep using it

I bought this printer as I enjoy building things. I like the idea of building some thing that builds things. Well packaged. Every thing was intact when it arrived. I only had one tiny issue. The screws used to mount the motor on the z axis were too short. Filed the Acrylic with the supplied file and got it in! First print was very mediocre but as I continue to learn about 3d printers my prints are coming out better and better, smoother and smoother. The more I use it the more pleased I am with it! I don't normally leave reviews but credit where credit is due. Loved building it, Love calibrating it and I love using it. Reasonably prised. Even got a couple of meters of filament with the printer which wasn't mentioned and was a nice surprise! All round. I recommend getting this printer if you want to start printing. I was expecting it to be louder. But it is not loud at all. In writing this I have my printer 5 days now and have had NO issues. In anticipation of receiving the printer I have a huge cue of things I wanted to try print so the machine has been running NON STOP for 3 days (I took 2 days to build)

having bought this printer was happy to put together but had problems with some of the instructions and other docs. then the monemtn came to switch on and it seems the moters were going the wrong direction and looking here was to find that it was down to firmware issues. now the fun part some how the firemware was gone and eror messages from the compiler was slight prob having just built this new toy i may have deleted the firmware doing the instructions from geeetech on updating the ware as my x axis was going the wrong way. have arduino and the marlin firmware but have a error coming up exit status 1 using typedef-name 'fpos_t' after 'struct' can you shed some light as to what is wrong and how to correct thansk
