Geeetech I3 pro C support 5 types of filament: ABS, PLA, Wood-Polymer, Nylon and flexible PLA. Now, with the dual-extruder, you can print a single two-color object, or you can print two objects in one print job, each made from a different color. You can also print one single-color object, as with other single-extruder 3D printers. Or you can use one extruder for infill or support. The 2 extruder motors push filament through 2 head separately, so mixing colors printing is not applicable for the moment.

Features:

1.Multiple filaments compatible: ABS/PLA/Flexible/PLA/Nylon/Wood-Polymer, making 3D printing creativity more flexible.

3.New GT2560 control system, a perfect combination of Mega2560+Ramps1.4.

4.Further simplified structure means fast assembly and easy adjustment, which saves you both time and energy

5.Enhanced stability and reliability: 8- mm-thick acrylic plates and all metal carriages ensures more stable printing.

6.Paired with LCD 2004 panel & SD card reader ,support stand-alone printing.

  • Manuel Antonio Suárez Estébanez | 07/28/2018

Hello again, and sorry for the inconvenience. In addition to the printer I bought the 3d touch autoleveling sensor as suggested on the purchase page. I have printed the piece that they have in the wiki for 3d but that piece can not be screwed in the site indicated in the manual. Also if I put the 3d sensor with that piece I would remove the fan from the struders. (and I do not think it's a good idea ..... :-)) Could you tell me how to put it ?? Thanks in advance. a greeting.

  • Dino Martorana | 07/21/2018

Hello, I have the i3 Pro C version, but I have a lot of problem with the extruders. I hear a continuosly "tac-tac" sound and the filament out badly. Can you help me? I tried to update the FW, but the marlin.ini (gt2560-PI3ProC) wrongs the compilation of the code

    • Jocelin Jia | 07/23/2018

Hello Dino, Please put some spacer on the bottom of the spring or change a new spring.

      • Dino Martorana | 07/25/2018

Ok, in order to increase the spring force, right? What about the FW? The arduino IDE can't compile the marlin.ini project. Thanl yopu!

        • Jocelin Jia | 07/25/2018

Yes, increase the spring force. For the FW, do you use windows or mac or ..... By the way, please open the Marlin.ino not ini, thanks

          • Dino Martorana | 07/26/2018

Yes, I wronged to write the file extension but I used the correct one. The problem was the ide version, the last 1.6 doesn't work, the older 1.0.1 works correctly.

            • Jocelin Jia | 07/27/2018

              Do you use windows?

  • Manuel Antonio Suárez Estébanez | 07/17/2018

Hello, the connections of the printer board are three pins and the dupont cable that I have sent is three wires, however the fans that have sent me are two wires. In the assembly manual the photographs are of three-wire fans, in the packing list they are of two wires According to your partner victory.lei@geeetech.cn: Hi Manuel, The fan we felt you can be used on the pro C printer, it is two cable. Thanks for your feedback, we will upgrade the manual. Best regards Victory Lei If that is so? How do I connect the fans? Thanks in advance. A greeting

    • Jocelin Jia | 07/18/2018

Hi Manuel, Thanks your feedback, the fan wire connection on the control borad is three pins(this can use for PWN fans) but the fan is two pins for the extruder, so the three pins(connection from the board) can use as two pins to connect on the two pins fan. If you don't know how to connect it, i will send you a picture, thanks

Hey. I bought this printer on the 22. Feb. After assembly I noticed that the spring of one of the idle rollers is not strong enough so no filament is pushed through the extruder. I contacted your sales division and was asked to send a video showing the problem to get a replacement extruder. After I send the video I got no reply for two weeks. Can someone help me with this problem. (And yes, I already contacted technical@geeetech.com but also did not receive a reply)

  • Ian Williamson | 10/19/2017

After many days, it seems that the dual printing system simply does not have the tolerances required to allow the two extruders to align vertically and avoid the lowest of the two heads from damaging the print. It is a shame. Has anyone actually managed to get them working well?

Afetr assembly I find that the X and Y smooth rods and bearings do not freely move and offer some resistance. This will cause, poor prints, strain on the stepper motors and to their failure. Please arrange replacements or refund so I can get this printer up and running.

how exactly does it help other people if all questions here are diverted to an email conversation with tech support? Surely tech support would appreciate a lighter load if answers were already to be found here and people did not have to keep sending the same questions by email?

    • Zina Luo | 03/06/2017

Hi Rick ,if you have any technical problem pls kindly email to our technican for help:technical@geeetech.com

    1) what are the correct setting for the printbed and extruder offsets and 2) should they be entered as printer properties in repetier or in slicer settings or in both? I'm going nuts trying all the different options and am having trouble recognising the results and whether before I start printing, my prints will fit properly in the bed.... PLeeeeease help

received a very good manual so thans for that, don't know how I could have missed it before but perhaps it was uploaded since I had purchased mine. But the link in the manual to download the printer settings config is broken http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/images/a/a0/Geeetech_prusa_I3C_config.zip does not exi=st and gives a 04 error. Where to find this file as the wiki does not cover the i3c at the moment?

    • Zina Luo | 03/02/2017

Hi Rick, pls email to our technican for help:technical@geeetech.com

  • Michael Moran | 02/04/2017

I did forget to mention in my previous comment. When building the printer the video guide was the best Idea any one ever came up with. Just made building much much better. Quality of the video was perfect

    • Zina Luo | 02/07/2017

      sounds great,thank you!

    • Michael Moran` | 02/10/2017

My beloved printer stopped working tonight. The GT2560 board seems to light up but nothing on the printer works. Nothing heats up. Motors don't move. Nothing! I flashed new firmware onto the board via USB but didn't work. Any help would be amazing. I love the printer and I want to keep using it

    • Zina Luo | 02/13/2017

Hi Michael, pls list your problem by detail to our technican :technical@geeetech.com and ask him for help.

  • Michael Moran | 02/04/2017

I bought this printer as I enjoy building things. I like the idea of building some thing that builds things. Well packaged. Every thing was intact when it arrived. I only had one tiny issue. The screws used to mount the motor on the z axis were too short. Filed the Acrylic with the supplied file and got it in! First print was very mediocre but as I continue to learn about 3d printers my prints are coming out better and better, smoother and smoother. The more I use it the more pleased I am with it! I don't normally leave reviews but credit where credit is due. Loved building it, Love calibrating it and I love using it. Reasonably prised. Even got a couple of meters of filament with the printer which wasn't mentioned and was a nice surprise! All round. I recommend getting this printer if you want to start printing. I was expecting it to be louder. But it is not loud at all. In writing this I have my printer 5 days now and have had NO issues. In anticipation of receiving the printer I have a huge cue of things I wanted to try print so the machine has been running NON STOP for 3 days (I took 2 days to build)

    • Zina Luo | 02/07/2017

HI Michael ,thank you for your recommending here. Hope you can have more fun in the 3D printing.Any problem pls kindly let me know.

  • Robert Bartram | 01/19/2017

having bought this printer was happy to put together but had problems with some of the instructions and other docs. then the monemtn came to switch on and it seems the moters were going the wrong direction and looking here was to find that it was down to firmware issues. now the fun part some how the firemware was gone and eror messages from the compiler was slight prob having just built this new toy i may have deleted the firmware doing the instructions from geeetech on updating the ware as my x axis was going the wrong way. have arduino and the marlin firmware but have a error coming up exit status 1 using typedef-name 'fpos_t' after 'struct' can you shed some light as to what is wrong and how to correct thansk
