Terribly sorry. Since the wiring is different, it cannot be upgraded. The only way is to buy a printing motherboard that is compatible with many models. We cannot provide it.

I love this Printer, its not done any faulty printer, its been perfact, i have had loads of printers and this is the best one i have had to date, i will be getting the A30m soon, the only this wrong wth the A20 is the screen wheel is faulty, but i use octoprint so not to bad, i would refer this to anyone._br__br_As to the geeetech support its so so so bad, i have ask this questions and they have never come back to me NEVER !!!!!

I recently purchased an A20. I then purchased a Touch Probe but the software does not recognise it. Do I need to load another firmware version? If yes, then where do I get it from. A20 has GT2560 V4.0 motherboard. Display says FW 2.0
hello, yes, if use 3d touch sensor on A20 , you need update firmware that support 3d touch . you can find Help center -- Download at the bottom of our website main page, then choose A20 on Download , you can see Related Software, download A20_G05(CH340 Support 3Dtouch) if your A20 has V4.0 motherboard
If I purchase the A20 can I at a later date add another extruded, be able to upgrade it to an A20M ?

I have had my printer a week.
I have an A20 v4.0 and I want to up grade to A20M what extruder motor do I need to buy also can I use A4988 stepper motor drivers with it. If yes would you recommend I change all to a4988
hello, if want to grade to A20M , need a new complete hotend group, 2 new extruders 700-001-1103, filament detector, filament holder and some screws. if decide to upgrade , you can send an email to sales@geeetech.com, we will send you the list and arrange order offline for you . A20 already is with A4988 drivers .

Hi, I have an A10 and I am very happy with it, and now I am planning to buy a new printer. I am trying to decide between an A2 and an A20M but while reading and looking for information I realized that I would like to buy a printer that allows me to print with flexible filament. What do you reccomend? Which is the cheaper printer you offer to use flexible filament? Is there any upgrade for the A10, A20 or A20M to make them print with flexible filament? Thanks and regards.

In EU, we have warehouse in DE BEL which can cover all EU countries by UPS DEL FEDDEX,logostics decide send which carrier by the shipping fee. If you want the tracking number, you need pay, if do not need it, you can choose not to pay it
I have had my printer a week. Tried to set up 3d touch. Used firmware on GitHub and it's broken my printer. LCD doesn't work. When I try to install the firmware again I get lots of errors. Can you please supply me with the firmware that came with the printer
