I3 W calibration instructions

Hello, have just finished building my prusa I3 W , where can i find documentation regarding calibrating for the first time?

Have you connected it successfully to computer?
You can try to print a test file (from the attachment) for the first time.

I was under the impression i would need to carry out some calibrations prior to printing?

you mean home the printer and then hotbed leveling?

Determine the exact distance of 10 cm on each axis.

Then, through the operator menu, move the head 10cm to the right, forward and up. Measure the distance precisely.

If there is a large discrepancy, adjust the setting in the menu. To do this, find the number of steps per millimetre for the corresponding axis.

I calibrated the extruder in my printer as follows.
The easiest way to do this is to change the filament.
I put on the filament so that it would pass through the feeding mechanism.
On the upper edge (above the inlet) I made the first line. The next one, after measuring the 10cm section on the filament.
I fed the filament from the menu until I moved 10 cm.
I compared the position of the drawn line with the upper edge.
If necessary, I corrected the parameter.
