Geeetech Acrylique Reprap Prusa I3 Pro B filament retraction

i have a Geeetech Acrylique Reprap Prusa I3 Pro B 3D imprimante 3D Printer MK8
i have an issue .... when i start print something... and the printer begins after 3 or 4 minutes of print (everything works ok) but then the motor of the extruder retract the filament and push it pass the gear and then cannot make back in ....... i have no idea why it does that...

So did you check if your extruder has a right moving direction by "Move Axis" in the menu "Prepare"?

yeah as i mention the printing start ok.... and in move axis works everything as it should after it start printing makes that problem....
but yesterday i post a comment on facebook in a croup and some one reply to me and mention maybe the motor is over heat or the "motherboard" (where the motor is connecting ) so i check it i starts a print and i realize that is not over heat the "motherboard" but the power supply ( the aluminum box that connect the electricity)
so i believe that is cause the problem.....
so do you think that is the problem??
and how can i resolve it???
will i need a replacement???

Not sure what it could be...
Did you try other models?They have the same performance?
Maybe you can try to change one driver A4988(from other motors) for your extruder to take a look,and refer to the following post to try the other socket(extruder1) to see if it differs:

hi again
as i mention the printer is work correct all the axis are move the right way.... i even start print and start ok.... after a while is not working correct and i write to some other facebook page about 3d printer and some person told me that might be heating problem that the "motherboard" is over heat or the motor .....
so i check it again and "motherboard" and motors are stay cool not heat at all..
but i realize that the "power supply" is over heat .
so i respond to the comment that the other guy told me about the heat problem and told me that he never hear about the "power supply" to heat so much and i should contact the company to ask for solution.....
so please what should i do??
will i need a replacement? change the power supply? and who should i contact for that??

Okay,i guess replace the PSU is the first step...
I think you can contact the seller on the website that you bought your printer.
BTW,you can refer to this post to measure the output on PSU and see if it is stable:

(but i have not knowledge about any of this)
ok i will look around to find a voltmeter to check as the link show .....
but just a question if that was a problem with no volt that should mean that the printer will no power on or at least not move any axis....
mine is heating the bed and the extruder fine and moves all the axis (motors) it just heat up the PSU
so is it possible to just over heat ..... what if i can mound a fan?
do you think that might work??

The PSU might be OK...I mean,you need check if the DC output fluctuates too much when the retraction occurs.
And try the attached Gcode file with my slicer settings,and print it to take a look:

hi again been busy so today i check the PSU and it gives 12v even when the retraction..
i also try to print the cube test you send me the link of...... and at 15% about 4 minutes it did it again it retract the filament
i add a pic hope you can see where it stopped

after the retract i did an auto home but it not lose the point where it stopped(hope you understand what i mean ....)
i add a pic hope you can see where it stopped
