Not much to say really, just un packaged this, connected it to my Rumba ( properly) and all i'm getting is the flashing diag light.
pin moves freely.
std servo on same pins from rumba actuates fine.

I've already done full diagnostics - the pin will not drop / lift on it's own.

If that is the case,i guess maybe there is something wrong with you firmware and wiring of 3Dtouch.
Did it do self-test when you power it on?

wiring is fine, and as per the Bltouch guide.
Firmware is set exactly as per the Marlin setup guide, and is confirmed by use of a std servo.
Diagnosis is flashing the second it is powered up - i'm told the pin will lift / drop at power on - this does not happen.

hi, no - i had it refunded.
After this I metered the coil - it was open and had no resistance, so was not energising.
I have a genuine BLTouch now and it is working flawlessly.
