extruder overheating

Post by ant311 » Sat Apr 30, 2016 3:01 am

hi all. my i3 pro b's extruder seems to be overheating, the thermistor seems to be working fine, but keep getting a m999 error, the lcd and software both show the set temp and the temp of the extruder,
is this a board fail or firmware ?
could someone please help thanks

Did you see any MAX/MIN temp error on the LCD? I think you need to check this link to check the mainboard and thermistors:

if so, you can buy a thermistor at your local store or contact the after sale service to send you the replacement
