Firmware Issue

Post by jfink1 » Mon Apr 18, 2016 11:07 am

I have assembledthe i3 pro B printer and only see two black bars on LCD. Driver is installed.

I have tried to reload firmware as per advice on this forum but get error in Arduino program "cannot connect to programmer" or "time out"

I am able to connect to the printer using reptier host but no part of the printer will move or heat up.

Mark,

Power supply has 12v.

I tried everything to fix timeout but nothing has worked.

What is the next thing to check?

Mark,

I am not having luck by removing all of the wires, pressing reset button, etc.

The crystal oscilator does not appear to be damaged, how do I check it?

Then I think you need to contact the sales to talk about this, the mainboard might be defective.
