regarding to the extruder not working, please do the following step.
1.the extruder will move until the temperature was raise to 180 degrees for PLS,240 degrees ABS.Please check whether the extruder is heated up.
2.please swap the driver board with x-axis,if x-axis is working, the driver board is good.
3.please connnect the motor wire of the extruder to x-axis .if working, the stepper motor is good.
4.please redownload the firmware.
If all above methods do not work, please contact the customer service.

As a followup to the extruder not turning.... It was firmware. I was sent new firrmware and it worked when I powered down the printer and just let the board be powered from the USB port to reflash it.

The issue was resolved with a new firmware flash. To get it to work, I had to power the board with just the USB with the printer off.

Could you add a link to I3_Sanguinololu? There is no such a folder in standard Malin firmware, as it, for example, can be downloaded from
https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin

I get a problem with the X axis move in the opposite direction, I follow the instruction shown here ,but i found a
issue I can not found the folder mention in the step 6. Open folder "I3_Sanguinololu"(files of Marlin firmware), select all the files (59 in all) and drag them into arduino.

I download already the Arduino 1.0.1 and the sanguino-0101r1 , but I just can not found where is the 13 Sanguinololu
files.

Can I get help with this?

Thanks
