Acrylic Geeetech i3 pro c not extruding

Post by Bluesandbox » Fri Aug 23, 2019 3:14 am

i recently purchased and assembled a acrylic i3 pro c and the extruders arnt moving at all or even trying to move. I have tried switching the cables from 1 extruder to the other but nothing wil make them move. Everything else seems to work fine. i have plugged the extruder into a plug for one of the xyz motors and it works when manually adjusted in the menu. Can someone help?

Hi, You can try
1. Only exchange the other end of the shaft motor line to the motor terminal of the extruder
(do not change the wiring position on the mainboard) to determine whether the motor line is damaged or not.
2. If the extruder motor still fails to operate after the above operation,

the position of the extruder motor line on the mainboard is switched to the position of the other shaft motor line to determine whether it is the wiring of the extruder motor on the mainboard. There is a problem with the slot.

I hope this can help you.
