heating error on control panel

Post by Minato009 » Wed Jul 21, 2021 1:30 pm

I have an A10M and I turned it in this morning and tried to set the nozzle temperature to 195Deg.
It showed an error on the control panel saying "Heating Failed" and in the temperature indicator it showed -14 Deg.
I know it was cold this morning but -14 is rediculous https://showbox.tools/.
Now every time I turn the printer on or do a reset the -14 is shown immediately.
Can anyone give me some guidance as to what the problem is.

Thanks in anticipation of it being something simple.

Hello, a negative number indicates that the thermistor wire is disconnected. Please check whether the thermistor connection is normal.
Basically, it shows that the connection line is in poor contact. Please check the connection between the contact line of the extruder and the adapter board.
