A10 with GT2560 V3 replacement LCD with dark bars?

Greetings to all.
While looking at my storefront, I figured out how to jerk my LCD so that the top column is clear and the line below is inadequate.
I asked Geeetech for a replacement and, as stated on the purchase page, noticed that I needed the LCD for the GT2560 V3 card. I got the substitution but when I match it to the presentation link it only shows two strong omegle bazoocam bars.
What am i missing Do I have an unacceptable LCD?
I am sure I have a V3 board. I am using Marlin 1.1.8.
