Hi! Got my A10T in the mail couple of days ago. I installed the Firmware For A10T(GT2560 V4.0 Support 3Dtouch-Beta) firmware, but when I do Auto home or Bed levelling, the hotend does not move down to find the plate but goes upwards. Here's a video:

Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

your problem is that the z-axis movement is inverted for the auto-leveling. So it moves up and wonders why there is no contact of the level sensor. I cant find the solution i found back in the days. but somewhere for the A10M or so you have to look for "inverted z-Axis"
