a10 print quality decrease

Post by manicsphere » Wed Jan 13, 2021 12:37 am

Hi all,
just wanted to ask a question if anyone has any experience or knows of this problem.
So I'm getting more and more into printing and I have very recently had an issue where the layers of the print are very easily separating and the infill material crushes under minimal pressure I have one that almost completed then failed I knocked it over and then the issue started, I have replaced the nozzle since then and no difference as well as fiddling with settings in Cura if anyone knows anything plz send help :) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TeVpAX ... sp=sharing
In the picture, the above one is the after and below is before.

Hello,

I am having exactly the same issue.
With prints I know to work having no strength.

I had the printer at Christmas and now the print is poor. I believe the lroblem s under extrusion (not enough plastic) my prints weighed 30% lighter than they should.

Try a different fillament ifbyou have it at hamd to rule that out.

My problem appears to be the print head thermister reading high. Setting it to 190 gives a temperature of 150 (I used a meat thermometer on the head), which is not hot enough. I tested this by editing the gcode (or re-slice) to give a temp of 225 and it printed fine.

Interested in how you get on.

Duck.
