Setting Up Slicer Software For A10M

Hello everyone,,

I just recently purchased a Geeetech A10M dual color printer. I currently am setting up some slicer software. What should I go with out of Easyprint 3D, Ideamaker, Cura or Slic3r? Is there any additional information I should know? Have already been able to use Easyprint 3D to print out a few things but they aren't quite up to quality standards yet. Any help would be great!
