Carriage options

Post by RoyalStarfox » Sun Feb 16, 2020 3:58 am

So I bought my A10M quite a while ago, and while I was assembling it at the time, I noticed that the carriage was bent so the wheel couldn't quite hold onto the X axis the way it needed to. I bent it into place, just deciding at the time I wanted it done and over with. After quite a bit more work I've done with the printer to upgrade it, I've become curious, is it possible to buy a replacement carriage? I haven't been able to find any options to get another one with the same layout as what the A10M needs and I'd prefer to not have to print one like I've seen others doing. Does anybody have any suggestions around this?

I have adjusted the nut, but the metal of the carriage, itself, is still feeling flimsy after the bend. And I mean the metal plate that is the carriage, itself, not the cage. How can I contact a sales representative?
