Displey of A10

Please tell me what is wrong?
I printed on Wednesday for the first time and today i turn on a printer and displey look at this.

Hi, You can try to reconnect the printer's screen line, and then check if the screen line is damaged, and the damage needs to be replaced in time;
If the screen line is fully connected, there is no problem, you can try to refresh the firmware.
