how do I mount the extruders
the quick start on does not give me enough information on how they are
mounted or mounting the spool holders
getting frustrated and all ready thinking of sending this back

Hi, Are you referring to the outer cover on the extruder?
You can use a tool to fasten the bearing wheel to the rail.
