Extruder problem

Post by Cargonto » Sun Sep 13, 2020 6:10 pm

Hi, i have got my new pro w and when i pretend to print any figure it starts good but at a time the thread gets stuck and stops coming out.
Now i have a piece of thread inside the extruder, how can I get it out?
And why is this happening?
Thanks to all

Hello, you can remove the Teflon tube and dredge the extruder with fine wire.
The cause of the blockage may be that your extruder screws are too tight and can be loosened slightly. Or there is a blockage inside the extruder, which will return to normal after cleaning. :D

Thanks, that problem was solved.
But now, when it is working fine, after a short time printing, it stops flowing the pla without no reason, the extruder engine works fine but it can´t introduce more thread because de extruder head is full o material.
What can happen?
