Power Supply Issues

I have fully assembled the I3 Pro W but when i turn it on the power supply the led light (on the power supply) blinks green and makes a clicking sound. On the motherboard side the two led lights also blink green and nothing works. I thought maybe i had something was wired wrong but i've checked over the wiring and everything seems to be correct. The control panel lights up when i plug it into my computer but nothing else. I couldn't find anything about this problem online/the forum.

I think you need a multimeter.
You can use it to check the PSU output it 12V or not.
If the voltage is correct then you need to check the wires is correct.

this symptom indicates that the PSU is not working properly.
There is a short circuit in either the output circuit or the power supply has a defect.

If he/she can use the multimeter then the problem will be easy to be checked.

Did you check the 220/115 ac switch ?
