SIM900 carriers detecting problem

Hi,
I've bought a GSM SIM900 shield, But it does not seems register to the carrier's network (AT+CREG? answer with 0). I've checker for signal quality and with two different carrier (TIM and Wind - Italy). The same sim of each carrier in the same place has not problem.
Have any idea?
