Post by novawaves » Wed Apr 01, 2020 1:58 pm

hi

after i printed a calibration cube i see that the z edges of the cube are note 100% straight.

i looks likes a liite zig zag but only very very little zig zag. is there a solution for this?

is the temperature to high so that the pla dissolves unter the presure of the above layers? what do you mean?

here is a example of the printed object

Hi, You can see if the z-axis threaded rod is bent
Check if the z-axis fixing plate is loose,
Tighten if loose.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)

-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

Hi,do you mean the position of the coupling
You can adjust it with tools,
You need to see if the z-axis threaded rod is bent,
Whether the z-axis fixing plate is loose,
Because the ripple may be caused by the z-axis shaking.
