Hi,
I'm new with a Geeetech Delta G2 mini pro.
I suspect my extruder does not work. it is not pushing the filament.
Is there a list of known gcode commands? I would like to test the extruder with a command to push the filament.
thanks

:D Hi, You can heat the nozzle temperature to 200 and then manually push the consumables,
Check whether the material can be discharged normally and determine whether it is caused by the nozzle clogging;

You can also try to check if the extruder motor can run normally when printing to the printer.
If it can't work normally, you can exchange the normal running motor line and extruder motor line to check.

Hi William,

Thank you for your response!

Indeed, I tried heating the nozzle and pushing the filament. it didn't work, so I checked the nozzle carefully and I noticed it is indeed damaged.
I ordered a new one.
But while I'm waiting for the shipment, I thought it would be best to verify the extruder is working, because I suspect it does not.
So I am interested to make the check you suggested. The just exchanging the cable connectors of the extruder and of one of the engines is sufficient? The plug is the same and the threads match?
I will try.
However, I would still like to know the gcode commands to activate the extruder, it possible.

Thank you,
tomer.

Hi, :D Swap only the motor cable on the motor side for viewing, not the port position of the motor on the motherboard.
Determine if the extruder motor can run normally.

For gcode, you can first heat the nozzle temperature, and then use this command:
M104 S210
G Exxx F xxx

I hope this can help you.

Hi,
when connecting the extruder to a motor connection, the extruder is activated. it seems functional.
But when trying to work with the printer as normal, the extruder is never active.
Also, all the gcode commands i tried, did not get any response from the extruder.

I also tried reverse swapping: I connected the X motor to the extruder connection. I never got any response from the motor. not any of the gcode commands made it move.

What can cause this failure? perhaps the motherboard? perhaps I got something wrong with the firmware?
Any other checks or tests I can run?

thanks,
tomer.

You can use this command to control one or more axes. Note: The extruder is controlled like any other axis.

The KIST-GIST collaborative research team developed an integrated sampling/monitoring platform that uses a disposable kit to easily collect and detect airborne viruses on-site.

The disposable virus sampling/monitoring kit developed by the team is similar to the pregnancy test kit, and enables completion of both sampling and diagnosing on airborne viruses within 50 minutes on-site (10 to 30 minutes of sampling and 20 minutes of diagnosis) without requiring a separate cleaning or separation process.
