Hi, You can check if your heating block wiring is fully connected to the motherboard.
The skin needs to be peeled off and then tightened by the tool at the mounting position.

Or can provide a specific video,
We can solve the problem better.

I tried a new extruder and the nozzle still won't heat up. Could it be the control board?

Hi, do you mean that the nozzle is not heated at all or is heated to a certain temperature but cannot rise afterwards?
You can try to unplug the hot end cable from the motherboard to see how much the temperature shows.
If the temperature shows -14, there is no problem with the motherboard.

The temperature of the nozzle stays the same whether it is plugged into the control board or not.

Hi, If the temperature remains the same, there may be a problem with the motherboard.
