Irregular Extrusion

Hello I have a Geeetech I3 Pro B a year ago.

I have been printing for months with PLA 1.75 with no problem. But 2 days ago suddenly began to print as shown the attached photo.

I have cleaned the extruder with the rod several times without success.

What I can do?

Have you tried to print the same but with a different filament?

I do not have another filament, I will buy another coil of different brand.
It is strange, because with this coil I have printed about 100gr without problem.

After trying another new filament I still have the same problem.
I think the extruder is not pushing the filament hard enough.
What things can I check to verify the correct operation of the extruder?
